the staff was attentive. i really liked how they ensured all our needs were met! the room was super clean and cozy. it was well-equipped with all necessary amenities, so i had a relaxing time.

The staff was very kind and spoke different languages! The food was amazing. The hotel offered a main restaurant, a lunch spot near the beach, and a snack area near the pools, each with variety. The rooms were spacious and modern with great light! The room service was free, a nice touch.

The main restaurant had a wide selection. I especially enjoyed the freshly baked goods each morning. The beachside lunch spot provided convenient options, and the snack bar by the pool was great for quick bites. The diverse menu options cater to various tastes.

The hotel is located in an area closer to Safaga than the city center. Soma Bay offers snorkeling and other water activities. A 30-minute drive gets you into town if you want to sightsee.

The food wasn't great. The buffet had little variety. after nine nights, most dishes remained the same. the desserts looked good but didn't taste great. also the beach was very windy. There was no wind protection.

Uneven experience. Some issues noted
unstable electricityfiltered water
i found a couple of issues . the air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant was not effective, made those areas uncomfortable. also, the water provided was filtered instead of mineral water, a point of concern for me. the electricity supply seemed unstable, i noticed.

The beach was really good! the sand was soft and clean. the water was crystal clear. It was perfect for swimming. khaled greeted me with genuine warmth. His kindness.
Finding sun beds at the pool was difficult. They were often reserved for hours without anyone using them.
